Tell us a little about your deck and we'll be in touch to arrange a time to come out and measure up.
Deck restoration Mandurah
Mandurah’s sun and salt air are hard on timber. Over time the oil wears off, the boards dry out and turn grey, and the surface starts catching bare feet. The good news is that the timber underneath is often still sound.
We start by checking the frame and boards. If your deck is worth saving, we replace any boards that are past it, sand it back and finish it with a fresh coat of oil or stain. If the frame has had its day, we’ll tell you before you spend money on the surface, and we can talk about a new deck instead.

Deck restoration questions
If the frame underneath is sound and most of the boards are in good shape, restoring is usually the way to go. If the frame has had its day, we’ll tell you before you spend money on the surface.
Oil soaks in and brings out the natural colour of the timber. A stain adds colour, so it can even out patchy boards or change the look. We’ll talk you through both. More on deck oiling and staining.
It depends on how much sun and weather your deck gets. A good sign it’s due is when water stops beading on the surface and the colour starts to fade.
Composite boards don’t need sanding or oiling. They usually just need a good clean. If a composite board is damaged, we can talk about replacing it.
It depends on the size of your deck, its condition and how many boards need replacing. Andy will check it and give you a detailed quote.
