Deck builders Mandurah
No two Mandurah homes are the same. Some decks need to step down to a canal, wrap around a pool or sit under an existing gable patio. Others need to bridge a change in level or turn a plain front step into a welcoming landing.
We start by measuring up and looking at how you want to use the space, then design your deck to suit, from the subframe to the finishing trims. You choose the material: low-maintenance composite decking or natural hardwood timber.

Canal and Jetty Decks
Make the most of your waterfront with a deck that steps down towards the canal, built for the salty, wet conditions.
Raised and Balcony Decks
Add usable outdoor space on a balcony or over a slope, built on a strong, level frame.
Floating and Low-Level Decks
Cover tired paving or concrete with a low deck that sits close to the ground, as long as there’s room for the frame and drainage.
Deck Stairs and Entry Landings
Give your front door or back step a smart landing, finished with picture frame borders and neat fascia steps.

Every deck is different. The price depends on the size and height of your deck, the boards you choose, how much subframe is needed and how easy your site is to get into. Andy will measure up and give you a detailed quote. You can also read what goes into the cost of a deck in Mandurah.

Often, yes. A floating or low-level deck can go over existing paving or a concrete slab, as long as there’s room for the subframe and the water has somewhere to drain.
Composite needs very little upkeep and suits pools and canals. Hardwood has a natural warmth but needs oiling. See composite decking and timber decking to compare.
